Sandy Creek Area Flood Victims – Urgent Help Needed
We’ve gathered a list of known GoFundMe fundraisers for many families affected by the tragic Texas floods that happened on the 4th of July weekend. Most have lost their homes, cars, all belongings and many have lost family members. Please help however you can and help spread the word on directly helping our Travis County neighbors.
GoFundMe Note: a default 9.5% “tip” used to operate the platform is automatically added which you can reduce or remove.

Organizations
Austin Disaster Relief Network:
Austin Disaster Relief Network, a non-profit, has coordinated much of the recovery and volunteer effort after Round Mountain and Nameless residents and local volunteers had to do most of this for the first week after the flood. ADRN provides practical help like food, shelter, and clothes and connects those in need with dedicated volunteers. With your support, we can provide the funding and resources needed to bring every family back into a safe and clean home. Contact to see how you can help.
Round Mountain Baptist Church:
Location of the main volunteer center that is also adjacent to the flooded areas. They are giving donations to the families in greatest need regardless of religious affiliation. Please visit here and select “Sandy Creek Flood Victims” Fund to donate.
